Property Management Fees
Executive Property Management / Residential Rentals has provided you with a fee breakdown:
Unfurnished Properties Fee
Our fees are 7% + GST of the weekly rent for unfurnished properties
Our fees are 6% + GST of weekly rent for 3 or more unfurnished properties
Furnished Properties Fee
Our fees are 8% + GST of the weekly rent for furnished properties.
Our fees are 7% + GST of weekly rent for 3 or more furnished properties
Repairs & Maintenance Fee
Our fees are 7% + GST on invoices for repairs, maintenance and other disbursements on unfurnished properties.
Our fees are 8% + GST on invoices for repairs, maintenance and other disbursements on furnished properties.
Property Inspection Fee
Inspections are recommended to be carried out at least four times per year for insurance purposes, unless specified differently by you.
Our fees are $40 + GST on interim inspections for unfurnished properties.
Our fees are $60 + GST on interim inspections for furnished properties.
No Fees or Charges
There are no fee or charges made for any of the following:
- Attending Tenancy Tribunal hearings or at mediation except a NZ$20 application fee
- The preparation and forwarding of monthly accounting statements
- Undertaking inspections at the commencement of each tenancy and at the end of each tenancy
- Undertaking up to 4 minor maintenance visits per year (up to a total of 1 hour labor each visit)
- Conducting an unlimited number of private appointments showing prospective tenants your property
- Promotion of your property via Executive Property Management / Residential Rentals and TradeMe websites
- Photography and the development of descriptive copy for both advertising and marketing your property
- Detailed annual income and expenditure statement
- Bank fees or international telephone calls and faxes
- Forwarding monthly statement by email
- Forwarding duplicate accounting statements to your accountant or other party nominated by you
